My beautiful babies are around 9 weeks old now around 65 days .
They are doing great !
but they ask for formula around 3 times a day and if I don’t they cry none stop until I feed them !
they started to nibble on seeds and fruits but still want formula !
is this normal? Or I need to stop feeding them formula !

That´s ok to feed them the formula.

Average cockatiel weaning age is 10-12 weeks. Ultimately there´s no rush, they will wean when they are ready.

Keep feeding the formula on schedule, and straight after the formula offer some adult foods for them, this is when they are most receptive to new foods :)
