Hello!!.
I got this Cockatiel when he was only 25 days old...Atfirst his flight feathers was pure white(I was told that it's lutino) , he is now 50 days old and just started eating seed mix.

As he grew -greyish edge started to appear around the flight feathers. I know there are different mutations of lutino -I need help in identifying this mutation.
He has dark wine colored eyes. The color of beak and claw is lighter pink. Also there are no dots or spots in the back side of the flight feathers.
Thanks in advance ^_^

Hi,
You might want to post a couple more pictures for clarification taken from different angles.
My take, your bird is still quite young, in the developmental stage of life... It's growing up.
Having said that, it's good practice to always notice and pay attention to changes in your bird. Which you are doing and asking questions which is a good thing as well.
Keep in mind that Skin and feather disorders are among the most common health problems seen in pet birds. Loss of feathers and skin disorders can be signs of a local disorder (that is, one that only involves the skin or feathers), or they can be signs of general, system-wide disease.

I do believe that dominant silver plays a role in how this bird appears... although I don't know exactly now.

I'm not entirely sure this chick is a lutino.... although I'm also not sure that it isn't.

Any idea on what the parents are?

The parents are lutino.
Today I noticed that the orange feathers in
this bird have yellow edge

Do you mind if I share the photo to get some other opinions?

Shared and waiting for responses. :)

Guessing dominant silver ino, but silver is not a mutation I'm really familiar with, nor do I know what it would look like on an ino... plus, ino can hide many mutations, including silver, so it's interesting this chick appears the way that he/she does!

Do you have any earlier photos?

These photos are of when he/she was only 28 days old.
Is there any possibility of the silver edges disappearing after the first molt?

If anything, I would imagine the colors would increase! What an amazing little beauty! Shared the new pictures to perhaps narrow down the exact mutation!

Any chance you can get pictures of the parents?

Théophile Possible lutino-cinnamon or fallow-cinnamon ?
Edwin There is edged in the bird aswell
Stéphan Dark wine eyes along with visually edged-like grey melanin in flights suggest to me a visual combination of Pallid (ino*pd) + Rec.edged (Marbled) or possibly Dom. Silver.

On another thought... I wonder if the breeder may also know the mutation of the chick?

Unfortunately the breeder is also confused cause the parents are all lutinos.
Here are the pictures of the parents that the breeder provided
