This is definitely a question for your vet. When the mode of delivery is altered it can mess with the effectiveness of the drug. For instance, making something safe if ingested into something poisonous if inhaled. It's not
something I'd guess at.

Editing to add: Also whatever the drug is suspended with (I'm assuming it's a liquid) might make the bird sick.

The medications would need to be specifically designed to be used with a nebuliser.
This is most certainly a vet question.
