I thought that too at first glance. It is actually the ladies camera strap.
Whew! I was thinking she's mighty calm for a wolf scratching her!

Although to be a slight downer, some of them worry me, as it shows their familiarity with humans, although I can probably imagine many are taken in zoos or reserves.
