It happened yestreday, he got scared of something and fell and faw cluthing one of his legs. He stopped after like a minute and got back to using it as before. It was concerning enough but even more because it happened before. He fell, clutched his leg and was all good few seconds later. He seems all good now, walking, climbing, using it to stratch himself but it's still worrying
"Why is he falling so much?"
I got him from other people and there he had an accident with a different parrot that attacked him and hurt his wing. He was treated but lost the ability to fly.
It's not happening often but he jumps away when he's scared of something or really wants to get down or to somewhere and climbing isn't an option.
I have called 5 vets yesterday because at this point I wanted to do an x-ray to make sure he's ok, but of course, no one would take on a bird and the only avian vet nearby doesn't really treat small birds.
I ended up reading some more about x-ray and now I'm concerned how stressful it would be to him or if everything would be ok during it or after etc etc and now I'm not sure anymore...
