My birds will mate all throughout laying a clutch.
When was the last egg?
Is she allowing mating?

I would consider caging him next to hers.
Is he young?
Also are your eggs fertile or are they switched out?

She also spends ten minutes out of the nest then goes back in for five

I have thought about caging them next to each other

Your hen will spend very little time away from her nest. It is good she is coming out for a stretch though.

They’re fertile
Yea I just went back and checked the prev. thread.
Did you move the box externally?
As the eggs are fertile it really would be benifitial if the male was around. Males play an important role in raising chicks.
If they are not fighting I would leave them a little longer under close supervision, remember lovebirds can turn nasty on each other, especially hens. If you are home all day, I would keep them together for now.
These are just my thoughts and what I would do, but you know your own birds better than me and I am not an expert.

I can’t move it, I would have to cut the zip ties and then pull it out. I think it would cause to much stress.

If you have to remove your male, your hen will guard that nestbox with her life even if she is starving her chicks to death accidentally. To remove her from it will be very traumatic, as you will need to use a towel.
Even if your male stays, with him acting this way now, you would need to monitor those chicks closely and may need quick access if you see something wrong. Again, you will likely have a pair of birds fighting with you to protect their chicks.
Bad situations all round.
No breeder uses internal nestboxes.. And for good reason.

Do it. It is worth the risk.
At worst they abandon nest, barely week old eggs won't have developed much. This is unlikely. The alternatives involve actual fully formed hatched chicks suffering in pain.
Try to be gentle with the box.
