My first Sad post

It’s devastating when you loss some one. And even worst when you lose a beloved animal.
My poor boo crossed over the rainbow bridge sometime last night. It was completely unexpected as she was her normal energetic self the days before. I was in hysterics trying to figure out what could of caused this
This morning I woke up to a very strange quite feeling in the house and when I went to check on her she was gone on the bottom of her cage. Me and my fiancé are lost for words. I should of went for a necropsy but my heart was so heavy we decided to bury her under our favorite tree.

Thank you again everyone. I felt like this wouldn’t of happen so soon. She wasn’t even 2 years old. Her hatchday was some time in March.
The quite easy in my home is going to be very strange for a long time.

Oh! I'm so sorry for your loss. For me, it really hurt at first, but as I was grieving I consoled myself by understanding that I gave my bird the very best life I could give (them).

Thank you. Yes that’s what my fiancé keeps reminding me.
I’m besides myself that this happened. I’m sure I’m not the only one thinking how could this happen to me. As selfish as that sounds. We never think it could happen but unfortunately it does.
We are currently in the process of buying a home and had so many plans that involved her….
