My bird's feet have gotten some white spots on them and a weird discoloration on the feathers right above the cere and the feathers have like clumped up(I can't take a picture, it's quite dark and she looks away from the flashlight) and I hadn't noticed those before today , if anyone can explain what could be the cause I will be very grateful.

feather discoloration above nares usually indicates a respiratory infection. Even when you see no discharge, no sneezing , it still almost always linked with respiratory infection. But pictures would help.

Feet just look dry.

Here's a picture of her, I am sorry if it's not very visible but my phone has a really bad camera.
The discoloration above her cere is gone but her feathers there are still weirdly clumped up and hard like if something had dried up there.

No, she doesn't like bathing, I mist her with a spraying bottle.

Is she moulting right now.? With the description you give it certainly sounds like it. The discolouration above the cere is likely the dander sticking to the feathers because of the moist air she's exhaling.

It's hard to see in pictures. Glad it could be food or pins!
