My bird room a bite out of cheesy breadd

Often I'll bring my bird to the kitchen table to feed her some fruits and veggies while I'm eating and she's usually well behaved and almost never goes for the people food, but today we were eating Dominos near her and she took a little bite out of the cheesy bread which has a little bit of garlic on it, so i panicked and took her straight back in her cage and tried to get the bread out of her mouth. Is her taking a bite out of that reasonable grounds for taking her to the vet asap; or should I just watch for symptoms of sickness like being ruffled more often, less energy & abnormal stools?

She will be fine. Not something you'd want her eating often (salty!) but nothing there that is toxic to birds. MAke sure she has something to drink available.
