My 4 month african grey vomited some food .How do I know it is normal ?What do I feed him so he doesn't vomit and please tell some caring tips. Pls

Vomit is often confused with regurgitation. When a bird vomits it usually means you should schedule a vet visit. They usually shake their head and the vomit get everywhere. Someone with more experience should come along though.
