What more is I probably wouldnt even at 18 months, I would have wanted to spend more time to establish a good relationship before breeding, and with birds that takes time.

There are risks to breeding, and so the animals trusting you as much as posible, makes it easier to help or assist if something should happen without the risk of anyone geting hurt.

Chicks do it just because they seen adults do it and they imitate it. If they're young it won't lead to anything. Still good to seperate them if you don't want chicks, because eventually you will get them.

i want to take breed from them but not now because they are not mature enough.... yes, it is better idea to seperate them for now...
