You could always have her flown out to you. I've had birds and dogs flown out to us over the years and all did extremely well. No worse for wear.

Monaco saw the photos, and is MESMERIZED! She's still intently staring at the phone even though it's just this text now. She's making sounds I haven't heard before and laughing. I think she's talking to her old friend Tuxedo, a cag that she grew up with in AZ.
I am suddenly sad for her. She's purring and clicking and still "talking" at the phone.

@Hawk12237 I don't know if this helps but I live south of Grand Rapids, I could probably help with a leg of the journey, but I won't have time for a long drive until a couple weeks from now and honestly I think it might be better to do the drive around the lake when spring comes rather than during winter when the storms can be a bit unpredictable. But I would be happy to help a bird in need either way if we need to do this ASAP.
