Mr. Bitey's Ears Leak

I shower with my budgie like once a day, but just noticed that when he puts his head under the water a slow drip of water starts to come out of both of his ear canal. Does anyone else see this happen to their bird, is it normal? It doesnt seem to bother him much, usually when its for a long period of time he will give a soft chirp and backs up but that's it.

I'm sure all you're seeing is the water running under the feathers and exiting by the easiest route.
