morning behaviour

my lovebird marco dosent seem to recognise me in early morning and panics when he sees me. maybe 6-7 AM. but when i come at 7:30 to 8 AM, he acts normally and calms down. why is that?

So you get dressed or anything in between?

Is lighting in room AND ENTRY [that's visible to him] different in those times? I didn't realize that when I was 'back-lit' and entering the dark bird room, that I looked like a GIANT SHADOW FIGURE as I approached the cage... so now I am aware to NOT do that again... Shadows on the walls might also play a part.
