A Queen butterfly

Another Variegated Fritillary butterfly

A Cloudless Sulphur butterfly

This one might be a Mexican Yellow, but it's likely a Tailed Orange butterfly. Due to the flower it's on, it's hard to tell, but off of the flower, they were very orange.

How precious. Have you seen a Queen Monarch butterfly? They are very special and hard to find.

Buttflies are so pretty, I'm surprised at how close you can get to them!

That is what the top butterfly is, a Queen butterfly. The Queen and the Monarch are two different species of butterfly in the same family; Danaus gilippus thersippus vs. Danaus p. plexippus. The Queen butterfly is actually fairly common out here.
