Update:
Payton is doing better, she's still not completely back to her old self in that she's been pretty quiet and sleeping a lot. I figure she's entitled to as many naps as she wants!
I haven't taken her to her Avian Veterinarian yet. I did call and speak to him, Friday morning (the day I found her). He recommended that since she had some food and water, for me to just let her sleep because that would be the best thing for her at that point. I did an exam myself and checked her for puncture wounds and other injuries. So, I've just been following the Veterinarians recommendation and letting her rest, watching her stools, feathers, etc. Overall, I think she's recovering as well I can hope for.
First Photo - is from the day I found her right when I got her home
Second Photo - is from yesterday morning - she's looking much better
