He still has formula on his face but he was adorable. While he was on my arm we “talked” until he was ready to go back on the tree. I’ve wanted to meet one for a while. These were taken after he went back, but it was cool to meet him!

I saw they had them and rushed over. I’d wanted to meet one in person for a long time and my goodness he was adorable.

And baby Akela is so cute! I understand, I keep all of the feathers that I can too.

Yes it's normal for that specie.
All babies have yellow beak when they are so young.

Pionus Beyond that, I'm not so sure.

We also have the joy to celebrate them on their own day every year. Pi = 3,14.
So the 14 March is their big day.
