The only way I could give Tau his meta am was soaked into a piece of toasted birdy bread.
Rosie does look good for his 30 years, so something in his diet was right.

Rosie does look good for his 30 years, so something in his diet was right.

My understanding is he's had an all seed diet with the supplement, and that's it. So, maybe it is the supplement that has kept him healthy. He really is a cutie. He whistles and talks. So far I've only heard "pretty bird' which he says very clearly, but I guess he says some other things too.
