Hi -

Looking to buy a couple of stainless steel cages from Expandable Habitat. Their 1/4" bars are spaced at 1 3/8". Note sure if that is the gap or the center-to-center spacing (will ask). Just curious if that is too wide for safe keeping of Eclectus?

I would say that 3/4 is a good minimum, an inch is not too big. 1/2 inch is all I can find for travel cages, and it's too small for normal activities and climbing.

Mostly concerned about going the other way - a spacing too large. e.g. that 1 3/8" actual space between bars (I did ask!). Less concerned about them escaping as I am them getting their heads stuck or somehow otherwise damaging themselves.
