made foraging trays for the lovebirds, one each as they LOVE to forage and are the only birdies of mine who can have paper (tiels cant as they share a cage and dally eats paper and will cause digestive problems)

munch with hers

mango with his

made tiels a foraging box, but dally cant have paper so i filled it with jute rope instead. dally is afraid of it so far but tsuka likes it!

dally isnt so sure... eyeing it cautiously

tsuka loves it

and videos

foraging stuff is filled with sunflower seeds (the favourite), dried papaya, dried pinapple, dried banana chips, dried mango, and other random large seeds (pumpkin, safflower, cracked corn, and rolled oats)

Awesome! I do the same for my lovies. They each have a white plastic basket that I fill with paper, beads, foam blocks, dried pasta, binkies, paper rope, etc.

I make foraging trays for Perry, my red bellied parrot. He loves to rummage!

The little box you made for your tiels is super cute!

I love to use raffia as foraging material, my budgie loves flicking and chewing on the pieces :)

My ekkie girl has a coconut bowl she loves to forage thru. She also has a "popcorn bag" (same idea as paper bag only thicker).
You have inspired me to throw together some foraging bowls for the cagetops!
