At lunch I tracked down pandanus (screw pine) fruit, royal ponciana seed pods & foxtail palm fruits. My Macaw flock is going to have a late Thanksgiving I'll take photos!

I have 3 queen palms with huge pods on them...I'm just waiting for them to ripen.

:O Are these the palms that they sell on CL? So thats where palm nuts come from?

Bill Pranty's article on the wild macaws lists the same palm nuts. Happy New Year Missi
