Yep. They are not a pair. We hoped they would eventually bond, but sadly it never happened. So we have two of everything for them. They are probably more like siblings. Constantly fighting over toys, food, attention (she always wins) - but the moment we separate them they will call out for each other. So there must be some sense of belonging to the same flock, at least. On very rare occasions she will allow him to preen her, but only for a few seconds. No real nasty fighting ever (drawing blood), and I am grateful for that

Actually, this is at our birdsitter's house (I am in Saigon, Vietnam right now), so these are not their 'normal' tent spots. Usually the cages are in our living room and the sleeping tents in our bedroom (dark and quiet there). And there they seem to prefer the spot rather than the color. I can switch tents (colors) as much as I like, especially after a washing of the tents, but they have their preferred spots: Tequila is sleeping above my pillow, Sally is sleeping above my husband's. I don't remember them ever switching sides.
