Lovebird with progressive paralysis, I need advice

Good day
So, my 9 months old, male lovebird is having a progressive paralysis that started almost 2 weeks ago.
Prior to this, he's been excessively sleepy, and he would sleep all day long. I took him to the vet, and he told me nothing was wrong with him.
Last week on Wed, he showed weakness while flying and abnormal gate. He would fly to a certain limit then he would fall, and when he's standing, he can't balance himself well on the perch.
In less than a week, he totally lost his ability to fly or control his body, he now only crawls on the floor and is unable to support his body. He also has a repetitive flapping of the wings that kinda looks like a seizure attack.
I took him to 2 vets and talked to another vet online, all of them didn't help much, and one of them actually suggested to put him to sleep but I refused.
His appetite is low, and is barely eating or drinking.
I know there's nothing I could do to reverse his condition, but I'm trying to support his feeding as much as I could but he's not even helping me. I bought a syringe with nostril to feed him directly but he's not eating enough.

Any advice on how to support his condition?
Any way to rehabilitate his movement?
Anyone had a similar condition and what happened to your bird?

I'm totally devastated for the fact that his journey with us is coming to an end very soon

If he won´t take food from a syringe and has stopped eating, then gavage feed him. Get a vet to teach you how. (A local breeder of any small parrot should know this and may be able to teach you if you can´t get to the vet soon)

Have any vets ran any tests on your bird?

Unfortunately no test was ordered as even the most advanced clinic we have at my region doesn't deal with birds.
One of the vets suggested it could be new castle disease, but I doubt it as he has no respiratory or gastrointestinal symptoms and none of the other birds showed any sign of illness.
