Love Birds?

A lady posted these birds for sale in my area. She listed them as love birds. I have never love birds like this. Is she correct?

Gorgeous lovebirds. They are still babies. Which means they are probably not weaned yet. Their beaks will lose the black when they get older. Are you getting them?

These birds are 2-3 years old. Someone posted they thought they were parrotlet's

Marlene, I guess you were right. This picture was taken when they were babies. They are currently 2-3 years old, not sure of their sex.
