I bought a proven pair of love birds they have had 11 babies but this is the first clutch they will be having with me. I have about 2 weeks left before they should hatch. Is there anything that I need to do as soon as they hatch or will the female take care of everything?

Watch out for piling but the female should take care of everything as long as it has food.

I'm just a hobbyist not an expert or a vet.

The parents should be able to take care of the chicks. If they hae been successful in the past means there's a higher chsnce of success this time.
You just need to oversee everything to be sure everyone is ok.
Check the chicks get out of their eggs ok. After the yolk sac is absorbed, just monitor to be sure the parents are feeding them. Both parents feed chicks, so check crops throughout the day.
And on your end, keep the room from getting too cold, and be sure to offer veggies and fresh food for your parent birds.
