Sunflower flew off this morning in Spring Hill, FL. If anyone lives in the area or knows people in the area please help us find her. We need our baby back. 20190618_133630.jpg 20190817_124354.jpg

Be sure to hang up posters, contact local rescue and animal control agencies and post on online lost and found animal sites such as https://www.911parrotalert.com/ Keep going out looking for her. Put her treats outside or a cage with treats inside it to coax her to go inside.

Hope that Sunflower will find her way home.

Spring Hill is close to the west coast of FL, south of Chassahowitzka Wildlife Management - and no I don't know the area but I looked it up. Did you see where she flew to and do you have any other fids? If you have any friends w/gccs or recordings of your baby you're going to have to walk around outside or drive and play the recordings in hopes that she hears you. I wish you alot of luck, finding a green bird in summer vegetation anywhere is not going to be easy.

We camped out outside the apartment, calling her for almost 9 hours. A little before sundown, we heard her calling from the other side of the fence. It's a 12' vinyl privacy fence, and she couldn't get over it. My husband scaled it and she flew right to him.
