Looking for Brotogeris Bend

Gosh, I haven't seen those in a long time. The last time I did it was actually in a Petsmart! Just one there and of course I wanted to rescue it from that tiny cage but it would not fit in with my crew at all. I was so surprised to see it there. A long time ago I knew of a breeder that raised them so I googled Brotogeris Bend and found her website again. I went to the page for what was available and there were none available of all the Brotogeris she raised. She ships from West Palm Beach, Florida in her shipping information - I looked there to see where she was located as it wasn't mentioned in the about information. Edited to add: She is still raising caiques and has babies available. Looks like a trustworthy and reliable experienced breeder. Has only two species she raises so maybe the Brotogeris aren't breeding yet. Give her a call.

Shady Pines has an outstanding reputation.

She did raise parrotlets at one time. I think she gave up on them because they can be difficult to raise. You can tell she is very professional by reading through her website.

100%. Highly underrated little weirdos.. There's a bird shop near us that breeds them, which is the only reason I even know what they are (we got one of ours there and adopted the other from someone who couldn't keep theirs).

Ha! I meant we need a "Brotogeris Bend" on Avian Avenue .

I doubt I'll add more birds, although I love these little guys!
