I know there are parrot rescues in both Connecticut and Rhode Island in case you haven't checked out their websites yet. Hopefully they might have GCC's available or will soon!

I have been looking there too. They have 5 GCC, but they all have to be rehomed together. RI rescue just had a huge fire. They are recovering
