Long Grain White Rice

Mum got a few packets of long grain white rice and I was just wondering if it's okay for the birds? you put it in the microwave and heat it for 2 minutes and it's ready.

I'm wanting/going to make a big batch of rice and veggies for the birds.

I'm sure it's ok, but I don't think it is as nutritional as brown rice.

They get brown rice all the time. (it's what I always use) Mum said they didn't have any when she went to the shops so she grabbed few packets of the long grain white rice instead.
