My little parrotlet seems to be
in a constant state of fuzz. He has
regular vet checks with blood work,
all good. He is on a good diet, Harrison's
with fresh vegetables and birdie bread.
He has a hummidifier. He has a full
spectrum CFL AviLux light on him
and lots of toys. He does hate baths
and being sprayed. Wish we did better in that department!:( Any ideas?

Oh no, he is not puffed up.
He just seems to be molting
alot. See his picture in my signature.
See how his lower body is sorta
like lots of down. I don't think he is
plucking.

Oh sorry about that. I did missunderstand. ;) Poor guy, a constant molt? That's what you mean? I must be tired. LOL I guess if he's blood work is all normal, he should be ok? Poor guy! Molting is so hard on them.

Parrotlets are common feather pluckers. Harper was a major plucker and I did everything "right" as well. Sometimes you just can't help it.
