I had to look up confectioner's glaze:
Confectioners' glaze, also known as pharmaceutical glaze, Is used by numerous candy companies to add a shiny, smooth finish on their products. It's made using shellac, but shellac—or “beetle juice,” as ABC News calls it—is made of bug secretions.

Also, I have always known Shellac as the gel polish that needs a UV lamp to set. I think it´s a UK thing but not sure.

A few candy corn won't kill me but I wouldn't buy them for myself. I swore they had marshmallow in them. ??? They taste a little marshmallowy.

I envy you for doing it but they just didn't look right to me. Since I have to do it the hard way I just wanted you to know I noticed!

I like double dipper better than cheater.

What does it taste like?

Mostly just sweet, a touch of butter, a touch of vanilla ish, and the texture is different. I don't eat much candy but I would pick a couple of these out of a bowl of choices. It's a similar texture to fresh marzapan.

I have them on the store except the ones on the way that are a tad bigger. I'm not sure how many he had but he is bringing them by this weekend... It wasn't a lot but I took it all. LOL
If you want any of the ones listed on the store just tell me or buy them using "invoice" at checkout. I already sold out of a size I think... But the bigger ones will be here soon.

I've got the remains of a Turkey from our Canada gal, but I'm really trying to save Tom for "that day".

Bigger diameter. Should be 2-3" diameter 12" in length. Not sure how many yet... That's the joy of "vendor friend".
I swear I'm working on keeping these in stock. I did just get dragonwood perches in. We are selling them like the birch, custom sizes.
