Leg banded code

Hello everyone. I just joined the group. I need help to decode leg banded for my Congo African grey. (FL CONV FF). Don’t have any hatched date. I know FL is state of Florida but can’t find any information on CONV FF. Thanks everyone. If not allow post. Please delete. Thanks.

I saw a list one time, not sure where now what the codes mean. I can't get close enough to mine to read it. I had a wild caught white front Amazon with open ring, so I knew she was wild caught. Paco's is silver and closed.
