Can someone help me identify what this Leg band could mean ??
The bird is in India but this band ID doesn’t seem to be Indian . Wanted to know approx age and origin

Unfortunately, without the importation paperwork, I can not think of any way to figure out the age of an imported bird, but even then, that is assuming that the bird was captive born.

Oh Okei , was trying to understand the origin country lookin at the nomenclature style on the band

Almost all legal importation of parrots has been banned into the United States, so I am not familiar with country codes. Could you ask the person or store where you purchased the bird?
