Tim, she is very cute, but her cage is a bit lacking. She is going to need way more room, more perches that aren't wooden dowels, and more toys, preferably ones that can be destroyed or used for foraging. Let us know if you need suggestions for new toys that Hahn's macaws like.

I agree she needs more toys. And more perches.
That cage can work for her size but you could also
go bigger and it would be beneficial for her.
They are really active needy birds.
It's nice that you made her that playstand I really like it.
Good idea to make the toy hanger.
I am going to attach some pictures of Tiki's (hahns) cage to give you ideas.
He probably has the bare minimum of toys and perches, but I like to keep it clean in there so everything is always hung and placed where he can't poop on. This works best for us because he's out at least 7-10 hours a day anyways.
I would say if they can't get that amount of time on a toy filled playstand then you need more toys/perches than I have And possibly a bigger cage.
(I really like this size cage for him though.)
EDIT:
Oh there is one long branch that runs along the bottom middle of the cage as a perch too. It's the only thing in his cage that gets pooped on and it's in the tub soaking right now, which is why I didn't get a picture of it. So yeah mark 1 more perch up there hehe
EDIT AGAIN:
See that wooden bucket full of toys? GET ONE! Tiki pulls out all the toys every day while I am at work. I come in and he's running along the bottom carrying foot toys around. He loves it
