Well felt a bunch of stinging in my bladder area so new a rock was ready for launch and loaded up on water. Finally had to take a wizz and all of a sudden a sting and out it came. It and probably another one have been bothering me a while and I thought it would be a lot bigger but probably about 3mm or so and some of the tiny pieces broke off when I retrieved it, probably a tiny spike.

I had one last year about the same size and pretty sure my right kidney has one in it too.
Been bothering me a lot, that and physatica in the right side too.
