Pictures Lady Gouldian finch with lump over eyer

We are putting amaxacillian in the water and we change the water every day. It hasn't been 10 days yet...the lump looks different but not smaller. He tries to scratch it and he rubs the lump on the perch.
We don't know exactly what it is...we think it's a sinus infection. But I'm wondering if it can be something else please let me know if anyone has delt with this type of thing before?

I agree it looks like a sinus infection. If the amoxicillin isn’t working I don’t know of another antibiotic.

Please put him in a small cage with heat up to 80-85 Fahrenheit. Perhaps take him near some steam.
