Oh no! What does her whole diet look like? (pellets, fruits, veggies)

That does not look like liver disease (there are many liver diseases other than fatty liver disease) . Yellow urates are the really telling indication.

When did you start the vitamins - before that poop?
Is she eating any pellets, or a full seed diet.
Is she getting any vegetables.
Does she eat fatty things?
Is she overweight?
Does she get a good amount of exercise.

Exercise and a lean diet are your best defenses for liver disease.

I Started the vitamins after the poop,

I'm trying to get her to eat veggies,

She only eats fruits but I give her a small portion

She doesn't get fatty things, maybe sunflower seeds but in small amounts,

I think she is not overweight

Could her stomach be irritated from the fig skin as figs have high oxalic acid, the vet said it is

She is out of the cage 2 hours every 2 days, because that is how many times my mom lets me let her out of the cage

There are sunflower seeds in her mix too, but it is so darned hard to find seed mixes without sunflower seeds. Does she eat any pellets at all? If not, you should keep giving the vitamins (but don't overdo them) for vitamins D#, A and K, which are lacking in seeds. Oh yeah, are the seeds vitamin fortified?

Yes, the fig could have irritated her stomach, particularly if she ate a lot. A few time I gave mine tummy aches from over feeding something they really liked, but really shouldn't have had - once cost me a $250 trip to the vet and a dirty look from Dr. Driggers too. A day later they were fine - another lesson learned.

Versele-laga make that. Their website seems to hint at it being a fortified mix, though I can't find a nutritional breakdown anywhere. Anyone?

COMPOSITION yellow millet 33.5%, peeled oats 13%, red millet 10%, safflower 8%, canary seed 6%, striped sunflower seeds 6%, wheat 5%, big black rapeseed 4%, white millet 4%, linseed 3%, paddy rice 3%, japanese millet 2%, peeled peanuts 1.5%, niger seed 1%

Yes, it is fortified. I suggest not using the vitamins you bought unless a vet directly tells you to.

I had the same thoughts.
