We found a peach faced love bird in our patio two days ago that didn't wanted to leave, no other love bird or flock around, might have escaped from somewhere, he/she was thirsty and hungry, we gave Kiwi food and water and bought a bird cage, more food and took him/her inside the house. We never had a bird and trying to learn as much as possible about owning a parrot from eliminating toxic chemicals, cookware and cleaning products to what to feed and put inside the bird cage. We named the bird Kiwi and hoping we are doing everything right to make the little boy or girl happy.
