Surprisingly creative to make an animal representation of a person, especially at her age. 
I've been on a cute cartoon cat kick, mostly Pusheen so I think that's why she used a kitty. I told her she should do Dad and Ollie and her and Diggle since that's basically how it's turned out with them, though none really hate anyone, accept Ollie, he's afraid of her probably because of coming from a pet store with open cages.
She may be behind in some ways perhaps, but that is some seriously abstract thinking. I'm impressed.She's 9, but a little behind, so every thing is a good step for her.
We haven't, she's only gotten more into crafts lately, so we will add that to the list of what to get. She wants paint more too, which makes me super happy overall because crafts are so good for the soul.Looks like my daughter’s creations! She’s 8.
Play-doh is so awesome isn’t it? Have you tried model magic with her? We went to the crayola place in Orlando and tried it..my kids love the feel of it so much more than the play-doh.
