Welcome to the avenue!
That depends on if the aviary is inside or outside. Many people like to make aviaries with a section that is all wood so no wind or rain can get in, and that tends to be warmer. But it also depends how cold it gets where you live; is there snow/freezing temperatures? then you might just consider bringing your bird inside when it gets cold! Or some people make a stress perch or little box, and they heat that thing. So there are a few different ways to do it. But if you explained your situation with a little more detail people might be able to help you better. Congrats on your new bird!
(are you just getting the conure, or do you have other birds for this aviary?)
