There was nothing we could see on xray, but the vet is sending it to a specialist who will give recommendations based on the xray and history. Her lower tummy is a little puffy and her poop very runny, but they suspect it could be due to the laying. It's her first clutch, she laid five all together. Otherwise they were super happy with her condition - her eyes are bright, her feathers are in great condition, no signs of dehydration or malnutrition. Basically, I'm doing everything exactly right which made me super happy to hear.

Your Kalypso is a beautiful girl! Was she pulling feathers to use as a lining for her ‘nest’/food dish?

Hey all - Kalypso's x-rays came back and the specialist said she looks great! The only thing they could see was a slight shadow by her liver, but they thought it was of no concern. She's doing great, still siting on the duds (I hope she loses interest soon). Her and Pi are still being super protective, but she's eating great, drinking great and Pi's beak looks completely healed!
