In your latest picture you posted it does look like some healing has taken place, however, it still looks like there is a piece of feather remaining in the wound that would need to be removed, perhaps surgically. Please take your bird to the vet. We all do wish the best for you and your bird and hope that you will continue to keep in contact and let us know her updated situation and your decision.
