Alert all animal related stores, shelters, rescues, training facilities, daycares, boarding places, vets, no matter for which species. Take out ads in your local paper’s online classifieds - online only is usually free, & on kijiji, used.com, craigslist, etc. These are things you can do from home.
Prayers for his safe return! Don’t give up hope budgies do get found! My grandmother’s budgie flew away before the internet was a thing. She saw the budgie outside and followed him all the way to a church. They yelled his name and he eventually came back to them through the window of the house. So Leave your windows open if you can! Especially the one to his room.
