I downloaded gimp and tried following instructions but I cant figure the program out. I am usually pretty good with stuff like that but I haven't figured this one out yet. Can someone help me make a christmas siggy with this picture?

You're welcome. Right click and save the pic to your computer. Then go to edit signature in the user CP and upload the picture.
