I've been looking for an avian vet here for quite a few days now and I've been able to found 3, I doubt we have many people living in Istanbul here but hope this helps someone!

1- Prof Dr Nilüfer Aytuğ
Ada Veteriner Polikliniği, Sulun Sokak, no:14, Levent, Istanbul

An appointment is 400 TL, which I think is crazy but it's central location and you have to make an appointment with using her name because she does not work there, she is a consultant.

2- İstanbul Üniversitesi Hayvan Hastanesi
İstanbul Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi Avcılar Kampüsü, 34320 Avcılar-İstanbul

It's 30 TL, but it's almost the edge of Istanbul. And it's an university veterinary not a private clinic.

3- Istanbul Veteriner Polikliniği (Florya) Evcil Hayvan & Kuş Hastanesi
Eceler Sokak, No: 16, Florya, Bakırköy, Istanbul

It's 110 TL, but it's a family business and it's not too far away from the central with car it's around 30-40 mins and if you need advice on how to take your bird abroad they can also help you with that. Because that is an essential for me, so it worked out perfectly. Also they're the only clinic in Istanbul who are actually specialized in birds and exotic animals.
