Like in 23 POUNDS of it! I ordered form Sugarcreek Bird Farm as I have always gotten it there. Tons of nuts, seeds, dried fruit and veggies and greens. Team Green love it, of course it the highest priced they have! I just split it into 1 gallon bags and stuck in the freezer. They will eat high on the hog for months and months before I have to reorder.

I'll post a picture of a bowl today, it looks so much richer than what I was feeding and the was a good mix but this is better.

About 1 tablespoon each. Of course there "Goodies" go in as well. Breakfast Chop, carrot, fresh corn, apple and banana. Sometime I add blackberries (out right now) or noodles (they love them).
