I noticed my cockatiel has some discharge coming out of her nose, but otherwise she seems completely normal. She is also molting. I am going to call and schedule a ver appointment today, but i don't know if this is something i should be immediately concerned about.

I say it depends. If she is eating, drinking, it's probably not an emergency :) Your vet should be able to tell you too if they need to see them asap!

Are you sure that's coming from the nares and isn't just dander sticking to her feathers in the moist air? You did say she's moulting.
