Yes I have heard of them (and the affiliated C4AW) but I don't have any personal experience with them. They've been around at least a few years now.

How long ago is a long time? They seem to still be active on Instagram at least, so I would try and send a message there if you haven't already. Sometimes email filters catch more than they are supposed to.

Ah, that's good you got your order ... I thought to myself that didn't sound like Louann. She is very attentive to her customers. I use to wholesale my stainless steel bird toys to her for a couple of years. I can say she is a very busy person, I'm not sure if she sleeps! LOL!
