Is this a good indoor cage? Or suit outdoors?

An Aussue on another forum had one of these as an outside aviary. I am pretty sure it wasn't too long before there was rust. I think it would be fine indoors though. I'd put down a sheet of Lino slightly bigger than the cage. To clean, you go inside the cage to scrape, sweep and mop.

That aviary is not for outdoor use if you not put on lacquer. And it's not safe for that use either as it hasn't any safety doors.
But for indoor it's fine except that is hasn't any floor.
