Hi!
I'm new here and I'm not 100% sure this is the right place to post this, so please tell me if I'm doing it wrong!
I'm getting a blue throated conure in a few months, and I'm looking to make some perches. I want to wrap some rope around a few of them, and I have some linen twine lying around, but I can't find any information about if it's safe for birds. I know I've read that hemp, jute and sisal is safe, and if I can't find any info about linen twine I'll just get some of that. I'm just asking since I already have the linen twine:)

So from what I can see, "linen twine" can be made from a whole bunch of different materials... Some are safe and some aren't.
I would avoid unless you know specifically what material it's made of

Your best bet is natural wood for perches or platforms. There are rope perches sold that many people use. Do you have access to them?
